If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided by The Boulevard Medical Practice and you wish to make a complaint, please ask to speak to our reception Manager, Carole Thornton, she will try to assist you to conclude your complaint. PLEASE NOTE:  She may not always be available to immediately take your call, but she will endeavour to call you back at a later time.
