Merger with Boulevard Medical Practice

13th November 2019 - We are on track to merge as from 1st January 2020.   Horne Street will become a "branch" of The Boulevard.   We are preparing letters to go out to patients of both practices and we hope to have those out next week with more details.   I will post a copy of the letter on here when it is confirmed as sent.   Although we will be able to work as a merged entity from the 1st January some systems integration needs to take place to complete the merger and this is planned for Monday 13th January, we will need to close early at 4pm on this day to allow the work to be done.  If you need urgent medical assistance when we are closed please call 111 (free from landlines and mobiles).  We will merge as of 1st January 2020.
